7. How long does it take for my order to leave the warehouse?

Orders placed before 12pm leave our warehouses that very same day. If a purchase is made after that time, it will be shipped out the following day.

9. What happens if I am not home during the time of delivery?

If you are not present at the shipping address that you provided for us, we will leave a notice. The carrier will attempt to make the delivery a maximum of 3 times before the package is returned to our offices. In the event that you are not available at the shipping address, the package will be withheld in the nearest carrier’s office so that they can pick it up only after they have received prior notification from you. In some cases, the delivery man/woman may leave the package with a neighbor or at a reception if they consider this to be a viable, secure option and only if the order has already been paid for.

10. What happens if I don’t receive my order within the estimated delivery time?

If the delivery of your order is delayed by more than 3-5 business days after it has left our warehouses, get in touch with us so that we can follow up and take the necessary measures to resolve it.
