Standard Fedex delivery takes between one and two days and costs £4.50

Please remember:

During busy periods, we cannot always guarantee delivery between one or two days for standard delivery purchases, however we guarantee your order will be dispatched within 28 of days of purchase.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

 

Whenever our couriers cannot deliver direct to you they will leave a card informing you that they tried to deliver a package. It is standard practice for the carrier to attempt to deliver the parcel three times before returning the item to us. If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver, the package will be stored at your local dispatch office, allowing you to pick the item up yourself. In some cases, a courier may leave your package with a neighbour if they consider this option feasible and safe and only if the order has been paid for in advance.

Can I track my order?

 

Yes. Every time you place an order you will receive a confirmation email - this email will contain your tracking code. If you have any queries during the ordering process please contact us. You can contact us via telephone on 020 8816 7074, via our live chat service or our email form.

What if my package hasn’t arrived when expected?

 

If your order has been delayed for 3 – 5 business days since being dispatched from our warehouse please contact us so that we can track the order and take the necessary steps to address the backlog.

How long will it take my order to leave the store?

 

Orders placed before 12pm will leave our warehouse the same day. If the order is made after 12pm it will be dispatched the next day.

Discreet delivery on all orders

Discreet delivery means you can trust that we will deliver your order anonymously to protect your privacy. Your product will arrive in packaging marked with the courier’s details. None of the bags or labels we use indicate the contents of the package nor the company which sent it.

Please note, all deliveries require a signature and courier companies will not dispatch to PO BOX addresses.

Return Policy

Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the product before you place your order as we only offer guarantees against breakage or fault.

If an item is not working correctly or has a manufacturing defect we will send a replacement within 15 days of receiving the faulty return at our warehouse. Please keep your purchase receipt and original packaging for verification purposes. If you would like to return a herbal product you will have to return it directly to the manufacturer.

We cannot issue a refund if the product was used. If we make a refund, the refund amount will be equal to the price of the product(s). The refund will not include the cost of delivery. You will not be charged additional postage if you requested a replacement product.

If you refuse to sign for the package or wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us and your refund will not include the cost of shipping.

If your package is clearly damaged when you receive the item you must sign that the product was delivered damaged. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department and report the damage. We will do our utmost to send a replacement item for free.
